Proven results in driving ROI through organic and paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Support Strategy: Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for top-tier clients.
Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of compelling content, including captions, graphics, and videos.
Community Management: Monitor and engage with audiences across multiple platforms to build meaningful connections.
Analyze Performance: Track, report, and provide insights on social media metrics to improve engagement and results.
Stay on Trend: Research and incorporate the latest social media trends and platform updates into client strategies.
Collaborate: Work closely with senior team members to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
Execute media assets for client social media platforms, following creative briefs and brand guides.
Ability to creatively produce video and photo assets that are engaging.
Stay current with industry/advertising/cultural/topical trends
Must be able to shoot and edit quickly (in instances of topical / timely trends)
Work in close partnership with Social Media Management team to coordinate on campaign themes, product releases, relevant brand information, deadlines, asset delivery
Requirements:
Strong photo, video and editing skills (specifically as it pertains to Instagram and Tik Tok)
Deep understanding of the main social media platforms and how to optimize content
Ability to spot trends before they becoming mainstream
Ability to creatively source props, models or other items needed for making strong, compelling content
Strategic and conceptual thinking, with passion for innovation and disruption
Highly driven and energetic, proactive and takes initiative
